For children gymnastic tumbling classes, please wear tight, fitted clothing, have hair tied back, and bring a water bottle!

For adult classes, if you are purchasing a Class Pack, you will be emailed an order receipt with a code for redeeming when you want to book any class. You can click the SCHEDULE link in email for fast scheduling or you can click on the LOGIN button to the right of this screen to make an appointment if you have signed up for an account.

When you come to the studio for first time, you will need to fill out a waiver of release before participating.

What to bring: (optional) yoga mat, towel, & water bottle. *If you do not have a yoga mat, no worries! I have yoga mats for use, no charge. I also have yoga mats for sale.

Purchases are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Tina's Fitness Studio is located in the Mendenhall Mall #319.

There is a bathroom down the hall from the studio that you will need to get a key from me to use.
